Tonight for Firkin Thursday we tap a firkin of delicious Thirsty Dog
Ale brewed by the DOG Beverage Co. in Westminster, Maryland (and
served locally at the Dog Pub on Cross Street). Thirsty Dog is a 5.2%
English-style pale ale brewed with Kent Golding hops. For those of
you who've had the beer at Dog Pub, its even better firkin style - the
cask-conditioning gives it a crisp smoothness unavailable on regular
draft. Tonight in the Upstairs Bar starting at 6:00 pm.
