Pub Dog to Open in Fells Point?

Reports over at Sam Sessa's Midnight Sun blog indicate that Steve Osmond, owner of the Pub Dog "brewpub" in Federal Hill (quotes only because the brewing goes on at the former Clay Pipe brewing facility outside Westminster, not at the pub itself), is in negotiations to acquire the former Admiral's Cup bar on the square in Fells Point, and convert it into the third Dog Pub/Pub Dog location (the other is in Columbia, across the parking lot from Frisco Grille).
