A homebrewing friend of mine, disgruntled with his Dilbert-like job, has told me he has applied for a job with a microbrewery.
Do any professional brewers out there want to talk some sense into this bloke?

Sorry, the only thing keeping me from doing the same thing is the fact that I have a family to support. I still remember the advertisement about 12 years ago for an assistant brewer position for I think it was DuClaw brewing. I still wonder "what if", but the 50% pay reduction was a bit much at the time, and I was thinking of getting married and had just started Grad School.
